General Rules: This nomination form should be received at least 2 months before the class start date or sooner if possible. Substitutes will not be allowed without prior authorization because most of the classes have a waiting list and travel authorizations take time to process. Nominees must have taken the introductory course prior to the advanced class. The Training Team Coordinator will announce class cancellations or changes as they occur.
