| In March of 1997, the Department of the Interior, Office of Surface Mining invited resource agencies and organizations that are working with, or have access to, significant information on Coal Combustion By-Products to participate in a voluntary planning group that could develop a system for making CCB information accessible to potential users in the coal mining community. | ||
